Matkapojat has chosen Luonnonperintösäätiö and John Nurminen Foundation as its responsibility partners. In addition, Matkapojat is committed to using organic Slow Forest Coffee grown in forests, which supports carbon sinks.
Matkapojat Oy has chosen Luonnonperintösäätiö as its domestic partner from July 1, 2025. By supporting the foundation's forest protection, Matkapojat wants to offset the carbon emissions caused by traveling. Supporting Luonnonperintösäätiö means a concrete act for the benefit of Finnish nature.
Matkapojat and at the same time the entire Elämys Management group have become corporate sponsors of the John Nurminen Foundation. The importance of the Baltic Sea to our business and, of course, to the well-being of the entire Finnish coast is significant. Through the John Nurminen Foundation, we support the well-being of the Baltic Sea with an annual donation.
